Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Bet Match. These terms govern your use of our peer-to-peer betting platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bet Match.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bet Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bet Match. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. Bet Match reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Betting Rules
All bets are final once matched. Stakes are deducted from your wallet at the time of bet creation or joining. The platform commission is 20% of the total pool, with 80% distributed to winners proportionally based on their stake. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of result submission.
5. Wallet & Payments
Deposits are credited to your platform wallet and may only be used for betting on Bet Match. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may take 1–3 business days to process. Bet Match reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspicious activity.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in match-fixing, collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
7. Responsible Gambling
Bet Match is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your betting activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact our support team or visit a responsible gambling resource.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bet Match is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using Bet Match, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
